If you need to return your item(s), it is really helpful if you let us know in advance but you do not have to do so. If you contact us, we will suggest the best way to return your items and make a note of the reason. Always keep proof of posting please. We have a very low return rate but we have human beings working in dispatch and occasionally, errors are made. We will always work hard to rectify any mistake.
What if I change my mind?
You bought it on the internet, so there are special rules governing this under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
You have 14 days in which to return your unused items - always quote your order reference number when returning an item.
If you are having a piece of fabric cut to size and it is an unusual size (a table runner or height chart for example), a colour you have not used before or a count you have not tried, it is always better to ask for a swatch if you are unsure rather than end up with a piece of fabric you don't want or can't use.
CORONAVIRUS & CHRISTMAS If you have ordered an item for Christmas delivery before 10 December 2020 and it does not arrive in time and you no longer want it, please contact us after 3 January 2021 and we will arrange for a Return and Refund.
We are sure that you will recognise the unique circumstances of this year and that this is beyond our control and we are offering Special Delivery to try to avoid this.
