HOW TO PAY We are very busy! If you do not want to use our secure payment methods, we can send you an invoice - please add the word 'invoice' where the checkout page says 'Where did you hear about us?' then press the submit order button.
I will receive your order and will invoice you within 24 hours - this will have a secure payment button to pay by card. Please remember to check your emails including your junk!
PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £2.50 ON THE WEBSITE - IF YOUR ORDER IS BELOW THIS AMOUNT, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WHY NOT ADD AN EXTRA THREAD OR PACK OF NEEDLES?
Please make sure you click the 'Pay Now' button after you have sent your order and follow the instructions otherwise we will not be able to process it.
We accept payment using secure, 3rd party providers - Nochex and Paypal - on our website making it even more secure for you - we don't have access to your card details.
You can use your credit/debit card with both Nochex and Paypal without having or opening an account - use 'Checkout as a Guest'.
Both Nochex and Paypal will send a receipt if you enter your email address.
CHEQUES For the time being, we can still take payment by CHEQUE. You can either print your order and send it with your cheque or you can just copy the details if you do not have the facility to print. Alternatively, just submit your order and send your cheque with your order number on the back.
